Fava Bean Salad

I used canned fava beans- they were already seasoned with lemon and cumin. Very delish. I have only ever had them fresh.
Quinoa pudding
I just made it up- quinoa with vanilla, FF ricotta, cinnamon and some sugar. Yum for a low cal desert.

ps that quinoa pudding with a few tweaks is a good breakfast: quinoa, greek yogurt, honey, some fruit (don't even need the honey if it is a really sweet fruit). i made a massive pot of barley and i'm eating it for bfast with the above items. loves it.cpg
